Use of Personal Information
When you sign up to Article Marketing SEO as a member or affiliate my database stores your details, including name, email address and any other information you provide. I do not use your registration details for anything other than sending you information related to Article Marketing SEO. I will not sell, or share your personal information, or spam you.

Unsubcribe from emails
You can unsubscribe from my emails by clicking the link at the end of any email I send you.

Membership
If you sign up for a paid service your credit card or Paypal account will be charged automatically in advance for each month you want to remain a member.

If you would like to cancel your membership you can do so anytime by contacting the Support Desk. Please include your name and email address and make sure it’s the same email address you used to make payment with. I would also appreciate it if you could tell me why you are cancelling so I can improve the program.

Once you have cancelled your membership, you will no longer be charged and your account will be converted to a free account with access only to free resources. You will no longer have access to any paid member resources. Lifetime access to materials and resources will ONLY be granted to those who complete ALL necessary payments as notified at time of sale.

No Guarantee of Results
I do not guarantee any income or specific results whatsoever as a result of your participation in Article Marketing SEO. I provide the tools and education, you are responsible for your results.

Affiliate Program
The affiliate program is free to join. You will not be charged anything to remain an affiliate.

My affiliate system uses cookies to track who you refer to Article Marketing SEO. This system is not fool-proof, some people clear or block browser cookies and I therefore cannot guarantee results. I do my best to make sure the system tracks everything so you earn maximum commissions. This is in my interest too, since I want you to be rewarded for promoting Article Marketing SEO so you are encouraged to continue to promote.

I payout affiliate commissions using Paypal and do my best to pay out once a month, however I cannot guarantee it will be once a month. If there are any problems I will inform people via my affiliate email list. If you do not have a Paypal account or you have not filled out your Paypal email address in the affiliate earnings area of the site, I cannot pay you your commissions.

Right to Terminate
I reserve the right to terminate your membership account at any time for any reason. Refunds for terminated memberships will be at the discretion of Jason Clegg or the Article Marketing SEO staff.

The Legal Version:
These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Article Marketing SEO (principal: Jason Clegg).

The websites offered by Jason Clegg include http://www.articlemarketingseo.com and its constituent webpages and various other websites, URLs operated by Jason Clegg.

Subscription Terms
Membership in the Article Marketing SEO program requires the payment of a monthly subscription fee. Each user agrees to pay Jason Clegg a subscription fee, in advance, via Paypal, credit card or other method from time to time established by Article Marketing SEO, for each month’s use of the Article Marketing SEO website. Each user authorizes Jason Clegg to automatically debit the payment source or mechanism associated with his or her registered membership account for each monthly subscription fee. Monthly subscription fees are not refundable for any reason. Automatic debits continue unless the user terminates the subscription. For cancellation, users must contact the Support Desk.

The Article Marketing SEO website (the “Site”) is an online information service provided by Jason Clegg (“Jason Clegg”), subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights) and 6 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

6.Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Article Marketing SEO and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Australia. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Article Marketing SEO’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Article Marketing SEO may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
