Under no circumstances will this website be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone’s reliance on information or other content posted or transmitted on or through this site. We provide this website on an “as is” basis and grant no warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that your use of this site will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, error-free, or will meet your requirements.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

ARTICLE MARKETING SEO reserves the right to remove users who violate these terms. Any user who violates these terms will not be eligible for the return of payments held within their ARTICLE MARKETING SEO account.

PROVIDING CONTACT INFORMATION You are prohibited from making ANY direct contact with freelancers. All contact will be made through ARTICLE MARKETING SEO who will assign a writer to your project. All communication with freelancers will be done via ARTICLE MARKETING SEO.

ADVERTISING

ARTICLE MARKETING SEO is not an advertising venue. Any URL posted to ARTICLE MARKETING SEO must relate to the project and must not be used as a method of advertising.

COPYRIGHTS No copyright material can be submitted to our clients through ARTICLE MARKETING SEO. All work will be original and the copyright will revert to the client upon submission of the completed article. COPYRIGHT INFRINGERS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE COPYRIGHT OWNERS, INCLUDING ALL IP’S, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION SUBMITTED. We will cooperate with any party who wishes to take legal action against copyright issues. This includes posting of reseller, pirated or third party items that are claimed to be original, and deliberately posting products/services that are deceitful to a posting’s requirements.

MODIFICATIONS OF OUR TERMSARTICLE MARKETING SEO reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time.

GUARANTEES AND PRODUCT DELIVERY TERMS

ARTICLE MARKETING SEO reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Refunds shall NOT be provided, though “content rewrites” will be completed for no more than two (2) total revisions. All articles (product) shall be delivered to the client via the electronic mail address provided during the initial order placement process. Upon delivery, all copyright is transferred to the client for complete lifetime ownership. The client’s use of product shall be his or her own responsibility. No specific results are guaranteed.

Article or “content rewrites” will NOT be provided after the article marketing and/or article distribution service process is complete. You agree as our customer/client that all content distributed will be under full control and jurisdiction of the article directories and other related content websites where your content is distributed. You release ArticleMarketingSEO.com and its affiliates of any liability resulting from the distribution and/or syndication of your content.

Any order may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing that same order via our website, though a small fee may apply. To cancel an order, please notify us immediately via our website contact form. However, NO order can be cancelled if product (article writing and/or article marketing and/or article distribution) has already been delivered and fulfilled.

These terms are intended to protect the creative work performed by ARTICLE MARKETING SEO and its service providers.
